Lady Lions even up with Herd soccer

EAST RIVER — On Saturday, Concord University’s women’s soccer team held a scrimmage with two other squads at the East River Soccer Complex. But this was not an ordinary scrimmage — not when the other two participants were Marshall University and Liberty University.

But after losing 4-0 in their first 60-minute scrimmage with Liberty, Concord played Marshall to a 1-1 draw in the day’s finale.
“It’s the first time we’ve been here and it’s just nice to be able to come to a different part of the country and see these good facilities and some good crowds,” said Liberty head coach James Price.

Seldom will you see "good facilities" and West Virginia referenced in the same sentence. "Good facilities" must mean no cow pies on the soccer field and 2-seater outhouses.

I don't think a person who's still in school after eight years should be remarking on anyone else's major.
