Why do we not have quidditch?

We should seriously consider fielding a team. A university that invites pop culture icons like Chuck Norris should definitely have a quidditch team.

Middlebury's turning out some real scholars these days.

Dang gravity.
Rainey Johnson, 20, a junior chemistry major from St. Louis, played the Snitch position, taking on the part of a winged ball. (A tennis ball stuffed in a sock and hanging from his shorts is what both teams are after.)
In a game that incorporates dedicated crotch-grabbing, Brady Quinn would be an All-Star.

although I think this is a cross training spor (correction) entertainment for the sword group...BJ...thoughts?

worst idea ever. They've got a guy pretending to be the ball that flys around? I'd imagine that he would get tired pretty quickly and be easy to catch.
Also, I've always thought that the game itself is a pretty dumb idea for a sport. It's relatively uncreative.

I talked to one of my friends in the Sword Fight CLub...we aint touchin quidditch...we're nerdy but not to that degree...
