One of the better players for the guys is currently out with an injury. This season, however, should be better than last season but it will be tougher with the injured player.

Women's tennis now has winning record at 4-3 after defeating Longwood 6-1 yesterday. Last season, Longwood defeated Liberty 6-1, so this was a nice win to pick up. Also, ECU just got ranked 63rd in the nation, and it was a close match against them...but with a team full of freshmen, things happen unfortunately.
Men lost at Longwood 6-1 yesterday. INJURIES SUCK!!!

Atrain has informed me that out of 18 matches today, the ladies lost a total of 4 GAMES. Don't forget, singles is 2 of 3 to 6 so 6-0, 6-0 is a match.
18 Matches, only dropped 4 games. thats unbeLIEVEable!
Dropped 2 games in the win over their first opponent. (7 matches total)
That leaves 11 more matches and only 2 more dropped games. (A game is basically to 4 points - 15,30,40, game)
Thats a rediculous amount of consistency on the ladies' part, not to mention a thorough drubbing of the competition. the only way to do that is to have very few errors, unforced or otherwise. VERY VERY impressive!
