Our men's indoor T&F team is ranked number 7 by the USTFCCCA. Josh's 5000 meter time still the best in the world this year.

Is it just me or does every picture of McDougall have that Oregon kid behind him?

wow, the eagle logo is just absolutely terrible when the letter sript is 10 times as tall as it normally is.

I wonder if Josh did a jersey pop when he won that championship?

I think if you win anything of significance while on an LU scholarship, it should be written into the agreement that this is required.

How in the world did a thread about the track team being ranked #7 deteriorate into a state where someone felt comfortable posting a picture of a jersey poping Celtic in less than 5 posts?

I digress. This ranking is great for publicity, but many of the big guys have yet to send their horses out for a gallop yet. Remember, the rankings are based on results that athletes have achieved thus far this season. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be Johnny Raincloud here, I'm just trying to keep things in perspective.

That being said, I REALLY wish Sammy Chelanga could have been a part of this team. That would have made a huge difference in both indoor and outdoor season. Oh well!

Looking over the national scene briefly, I think it is realistic for us to believe this team can finish in the top 15 nationally. That would be HUGE. It is amazing the strides the team has made in the past couple of years. Thanks Josh!
