My Guess About Who We Will Play

After looking at the schools who have won championships this year, I would guess we will play one of the following:
Clemson - ACC
St. John's - Big East
LSU - SEC
Tulane - Conf. USA
Penn State - Big 10
Stanford - PAC 10
American - Patriot League
My guess would be Clemson. However, I would love to see them play a team on the westcoast or midwest in the first round.
GO LIBERTY!!!

Personally I hope it's St. John's ... my wife's cousin plays for the Red Storm and it's an easy trip for me from Manhattan to Queens to get to see both Nicki and her play.
St. John's has a huge, athletic and very talented front line though - it would be a tough matchup for Liberty, but any team you play at this point in the year is going to be very good.

The Flames played the Red Storm 2 years ago in the W&M invite and lost 3-1. The interesting thing is, W&M beat St. John's that year, St. John's beat LU and LU beat W&M. So, unless they've improved greatly, that is a winnable match.

No clue who was on that St. John's team, but this year's version is very good. They are 30-3 and their only losses were @USC, @Penn State and @Louisville. They just won their second straight Big East regular season title and won the BE tournament as well. I did see them earlier this year, and they are very big and physical on the front line. Their team has to be one of the most diverse in the country - they even have assistant coaches with specific language areas as they have girls from China, Russia and Poland in addition to the entire continental US.
The way Liberty has been playing recently though, you have to look at every match as winnable - 16 in a row is quite a streak to be working on
