Games must be running long...or a lousy job by the conference in match scheduling...we were supposed to play at 7!

UNC-A is a really scrappy team. WEF, your girls ought to be a little bit concerned.
That #11 is a beast, if she goes up, its goin' down.

WU looked decent today...right when you though Chuck had a chance WU rips off 9 in a row with #5 (who's quite the looker...any help with that WEF would be great)....not to mention #11 out to worry about #14

Winthrop hasn't really been the type of team that blows out other teams this year, but they seem to make a big run when they need one. As for Tara Toepke (#5)...yeah, she'll be missed when she leaves after this year. Haha. But seriously, her serve has been ridiculously good this year. Last I heard, she was 7th in the nation in aces/game.

Wow, that's just about where our team defense is ranked

.
Good luck getting past UNCA, it would only be appropriate for it to be LU WU for the final.

Yep, it was the Chanticleers who upset us last year in the tournament. Interestingly enough, we were also the #3 seed last year.

Anyone know who won the WU/UNCA match? I'm assuming WU...but the updates on the Big South Web site (as well as the host school's) are non-existent.

3 straight points for CCU as we get sloppy, but LU still leads, 20-10 in game 1
