Well the LU harriers had a solid performance in their first full squad race of the year:

McDougal Wins in Season Debut at Notre Dame Invitational

Liberty senior Josh McDougal made a successful 2007 season debut, running to a seven-second victory, Friday afternoon at the Notre Dame Cross Country Invitational, held at Notre Dame’s nine-hole golf course. His efforts helped the Flames tie for ninth in the blue race, while the Lady Flames took runner-up honors in the gold race.
