does anyone have any ideas for the men's soccer poster?

I'm starting to work on it this week, & I'm open to any suggestions. I promise you, if I get a good idea, I will incorporate it. Of course, its ultimately up to the athletic department and SID's, but it could work.

What kind of action shots do you have to work with? I would think the ideas would have to revolve around that shots you have available. I guess you could stage a shot if you dont' have any though.

I have access to all of the athletic photographs. I am thinking more along the lines of "what kind of look" should the poster have (grunge, tech, etc...)

I'm a grunge fan. Most of the stuff I make is more grungy than any other style really.

Well, here is the women's poster I did last year. It had a tech look, so if I go in that direction, I'll need to be not-so-similar to this.

You ever tried to like fuse two different looks in a poster before? (like grunge and tech or what not)

Yeah, some. It can be a little tricky. However, I am not opposed to the idea at all. In fact, that may be the angle I take.

In my minds eye Id actually see some real slashy looking typeface for the letters. probably a navy blue background, and some crosshairs over the key players that are depicted on the poster.
