Josh is on FIRE! 13:20 5k is incredible!!! Besides setting a LU and BSC record, he managed to run the 5th fastest 5k time in NCAA history and attain the Olympic "A" standard. WOW.

Forget Track/Cross Country getting its own forum on this board. Josh should get his own board!

Frankly this is what many in the track world have been expecting out of Josh for some time now. And it pains them to see him doing this as a Flame.
