Smith instantly gets 2 with a TAKEDOWN and is up on Nickerson 2-0. Crowd goes nuts, but Nickerson quickly reverses... 2-2 Nickerson trying to roll through a half, gets it and getting back points....He's still got it, and now wraps the head, and GETS THE FALL!

ouch- a fall in the 1st- that hurts. no shame in a loss to #2 nationally, though

Awesome first year for him at Liberty and great experience at Nationals. Hope he works hard in the off season and this will prove to be a great stepping stone for him next year.
