Florida State is turning heads in Division A. Florida State has more money in their budget then some NCAA Division 1 Teams like Virginia or Maryland. They have a great deal of private investment and it has some people in the league questioning wheather there should be a financial Cap on what a Team can raise and use for a season. They of any Team from the SELC has a chance to knock off Sonoma State or UCSB or any of those Schools from the WCLL that have been on top of the rankings.
