In case anyone cares, we beat #1 UNC in OT and are currently ranked #7 in the nation.

One of our Field Hockey starters is also in our Honors Program and met with me this week to discuss her spring schedule of classes.

Regular season Big East champs, ranked No. 6 in the nation

Beat Villanova 3 - 2 to advance to the Big East finals.

ODU won the Big East today. I think the final was 3-1.

We earn an at large bid, and will face Syracuse in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tourney.

So we lost our field hockey coach to Kent State. I’m not going to pretend to know anything about the state of college field hockey but this seems very odd to me. With our recent success and presumably more money how did we lose a coach to Kent State?
Did she graduate from there?

We lost an assistant coach.

Having one of your assistants get hired as HC at another D1 program is a good thing.
