the tariffs have been a battle, but luckily on some commodities we are protected until 2019. I have had fun reading over the years since I have not been posting. its easier to roll my eyes in private. :roll:

I wish I could read the fan boards of my current employer and not completely go insane. eye rolling doesn't do it justice anymore.

U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman dismissed the gross negligence claims against Briles, former athletic director Ian McCaw and Baylor University. Judge Pitman declared “no reasonable jury can conclude” that the defendants were “grossly negligent” based on the evidence presented at trial.

Never a doubt in my mind that Ian was guilty of any major type of infraction. Happy that this as been ruled on and move ahead.
