Liberty University Reels in Another Verbal Commit: Texas’ Emily Manly

Emily Manly has brought Liberty University’s verbal commitment count this week to three. Kiah Francis and Payton Keiner also gave Liberty the verbal nod.
Manly is from Sunnyvale, Texas and swims for the Rockwall Aquatic Center of Excellence. Her best events are backstroke and IM.
