A Sea Of Red

With the folding of the NorPac, our Field Hockey team is now independent. Every other former NorPac team has either folded (Radford) found a home (Longwood is in the MAC, Davidson in the A-10, Stanford, Cal, Pacific, UC Davis in the America East).

Anyone with any inside knowledge know what the plan is for finding field hockey a home? The nearest options are the MAC, America East, Big East and A-10.

I would think A-10, Coach Murphy's connection to UR and the slowly building rivalry with them could be used as a tool in negotiating with the A-10.

I hope we don't tell anyone we are looking for a conference affiliation. Just let everyone figure out for themselves. Maybe someone will decide to invite us out of the blue................... just because we didn't tell anyone we need a new home.
