Poll Time: Where do you believe Liberty will be in 2015. Answer coming May 25 - June 01.

I voted Sun Belt because I think it's most likely, but if we somehow end up in the MAC, especially if UD, Towson or JMU come with us, I will be totally fine with being wrong. MAC means we could end up on College Gameday at some point.

I think Big South is most likely but I voted Sun Belt because I believe that JMU will not go and MoSt is not ready. The Belt wants a CCG so I think we will be added based off necessity and not want. I also think that the Sun Belt will get more TV time as the conference grows.

I hope I am wrong about my vote. (Big South)

We will not be taken by MAC, let alone C-USA. If the Sun Belt feels like it's better to not host a CCG because the new NCAA legislation that doesn't require schools to have a CCG to decide a conference winner, then no one will be chosen. Unless they feel like a CCG and balancing the divisions is important to the SBC. If we're not added we might be in the BIg South for the foreseeable future, unless there are more defections in the SBC, then we might sniff an invitation, until then Big South.

The SEC is almost more likely than SoCon (like .0000001% versus .00000000000001%). Even if we get the invite from them we wouldn't accept it, that's a step down and since we'd be leaving the Big South that's saying something.

We wouldn't take a SoCon invite, that's the major step down and going all the way up to the SEC would be just as dumb if not dumber.
