The Liberty golf team will be competing in the regionals at Arkansas May 16-18 and are seeded 7 out of 14 teams.

My in-laws live in the Blessings neighborhood so I'll be taking the family to watch the team compete. We're excited because we don't get the opportunity to see Liberty sports very often in this part of the country. Blessings is a very challenging course.

It looks like they had a bit of a rough start. Currently in 11th place at +8 with most of the guys well into the back 9. They're going to need some birdies down the stretch to move back toward contention. The teams tied for 4th/5th are at +1. The leading team is currently at -3.
