The Lady Flames get off to a rousing start in Orlando, roaring back from down 0-2 and defeating Jacksonville 23-25, 15-25, 25-17, 25-21, 15-8. Floridians Ansley Gebben and Loren Thomas led the way with 17 and 14 kills respectively. Current Big South Freshman of the Week Caroline Douglas logged double digit kills for the fourth time in five matches finishing with 11, while Jade Craycraft finished with 49 assists.

That was one heck of a comeback win for us. Things were looking pretty bad early on.

A little experience rising above adversity early in the season is certainly a great sign of the character of this year's squad.

We sweep all three matches to the title. We've now won 6 straight matches.

The UCF coach had some great things to say about us:

I told them that's a team (Liberty) that is going to win 27 matches. It'a well-organized, extremely well-coached and well-led team. They just have a little bit more experience in those types of situations than we do right now."

27 isnt out of the question...if we win Big South we have an outside shot at 30.
