Your premise seems to bethat if Elena is included, then Sarah and Sharon also should be.

False. Elena was far better than those two. Additionally, I know most like to consider twin sets as one unit; however, Sarah and Sharon were not on identical levels in terms of skill or production. Furthermore, neither could be considered the next best in Liberty women's basketball history. Snodgrass is a solid choice by sport.

Wholeheartedly disagree. Those 3 were a package deal. All 3 should have been 1st ballot HOF. With respect to someone I know very well, and would be in if they still had her stats and took 2 year players, those 3 players put LU Women's basketball on the map. Sarah and Sharon were unique, one was a slasher and one more of point, but the 3 together were what made LU special. Not taking anything away from Elena because she was a great player at LU.

Having been there at the time, and on the "official" fan club (The Heat for those that remember), I feel confident in saying that Sharon Wilkerson was the best of the 3 players. She cemented that by being the best of the 3 against Tennessee during the matchup of undefeated teams.

I was just going to ask what the minimum requirements were.

Any other requirements?

The only hard and fast requirement I could see was the five years out thing. Id guess that unofficially its someone who excelled on the field of play and someone who exemplified character and contribution off the field as well.
