Considering that LU has a high-quality course on campus now (FAR better than UNCA or Chuck South, but still not close to Winthrop's), how soon will we see a Liberty contingent compete for the Collegiate Disc Golf championship? http://ncdgu.com/

My guess is it will happen as soon as there is enough interest in a club team.

I wish I was into disc golf last year when I was down at the Big South Tournament at Winthrop. I would've loved to play that course.

Seriously. Even in the "normal" layout it looks like an awesome course. I watched some of the USDGA Championship last year and the "Gold" layout is really impressive.

We're headed to the 'Burg for graduation in a couple weeks; I'm trying to decide whether to play the LU course or go to Bedford and play Falling Creek.

There are several that some of my Gowalla friends play frequently including the one at Peaksview.

Peaksview is where I learned to play; it's a fun course. Falling Creek is longer and more wide open, so I may go there and see how far I can really throw. Liberty's course is pretty hilly, and I'm not sure I'm in that good a shape yet this year ;)
