I can't follow the match anymore though because I am headed to the courts for my son's high school match! Pull the Lady Flames through for me! Thanks for following! They really are having a good season, hope it continues!

We are currently up 3-0 with wins by JJ and Carol Lobel at the #1 and #5 Position. The other Lady Flames have won their first sets, and it looks like Cam and Allie should be done soon. This sets up a showdown with Coastal on Friday for a share of first place in the Big South after Coastal defeated Winthrop earlier in the season.

It is a complete shellacking of the Highs today. No final in Cameron's match but she was ahead in the 2nd set with every other match a blowout victory for LU.

Wasnt Radford a pretty dominant team on the men's and women's side a few years ago?

"The Liberty women's tennis team continued its solid play as of late, Tuesday afternoon, sweeping Big South opponent Radford, 7-0, at the RU Tennis Courts to win its seventh-straight match.

The Lady Flames improve to 12-6 overall and 4-1 in Big South matches, which places them in a tie for second place with Winthrop in the current conference standings. Meanwhile, Radford's record drops to 5-10 overall and 2-3 in Big South action."

BJ, I don't really know about Radford and their past teams... I bet ATrain could tell us all about them.

I really like the live stats!! (even though I couldn't follow them today)
Also, It is SO good to have Jordan Jenkins back on the court!!!!

When referring to Radford's teams, their men were the dominant team when they had Martin Sayer, but Winthrop has seemed to return to the top on the men's and women's side.

so good to see how our tennis programs especially the ladies have improved! we now have the facilities to bring in the best players. this is awesome!
