Those were men's basketball budgets, not total athletics expenses. Liberty's total expenses are closer to $26M.

If those are just the basketball numbers, I find it ironic that UNC Asheville was last in spending and won the conference.
Let's face it guys... often the ones who spend the least are more efficient...
