No. 34 Marshall Edges Lady Flames

"Liberty women's tennis gave No. 34 Marshall a tough test Saturday afternoon, but the Thundering Herd used four singles wins to earn the 4-3 road victory on the Hershey Tennis Courts at Liberty University."

UPDATE ON JORDAN JENKINS :(

"The No. 1 match was the next to go final, but not by scores. After trading the opening sets, 6-3, 4-6, Jenkins held a 1-0 lead against Zaprazna in the third, but would be forced to retire. Jenkins played as long as she could with back pain before retiring in the third set."

Jordan is so talented!
She is a strong leader for the team on and off the court!

The men and women have left the Liberty Campus and are now traveling towards Orlando! :woohoo

Yeah, I wish I was on the bus lol.

I was at the match, and Jordan was in tears a few points into the first set. She is a great fighter, a great leader, and very talented.

However, the girl Cameron beat is the same girl Jordan beat earlier this year at regionals. And Ally showed great heart today. Our ladies can play with these ranked teams when they believe in themselves.
