Oh well. Sorry to hear that they lost. It looks like UNCW has a very good tennis program.

They do. We were toe-to-toe with UNCW though. The Seahawks swept the doubles point, but we won the first set in 4 of the singles matches. Alexandra Sheeran and Carol Lobel both went down in 3 sets, Allie lost 3-6, 6-2, 6-4 and Carol lost 4-6, 6-4, 6-1.
Apparently the crowd also played a factor, so props to Allie for not giving up.

Hey, there were matches where we've had 100+ watching us at home...most notably against Winthrop before the rain cancelled my first year of grad school and the home finale that year against UNC-A.

And according to gocamels.com (if anyone every complains about us being the Flames, just remind them they could have been a Campbell Fightin' Camel), the men lost 5-2.
Tristan Stayt and Giancarlo Lemmi won their points for Liberty at the #2 and 3 positions.

Lady Flames win 4-3
Campbell won the doubles point, but we came back with wins at #1, 4, 5 and 6. Rebekah Jenkins continues to show heart and fight at #5, winning the third set 7-5. Annisha Domenech, Carol Lobel and Jordan Jenkins were also victorious in their singles matches.

Note to self: return to school, take remedial English courses. Also before posting, make sure brain is not ahead of fingers.
