"In their second week of competition, the Liberty men's tennis team has one match slated, as they will travel to Boone, N.C., to compete against Appalachian State on Friday."

"BOONE, N.C.- Appalachian State University men's tennis began the 2011 regular season in style as the Mountaineers easily defeated Liberty (1-2) Friday afternoon, winning an impressive 7-0."

Vaughn went 3 sets at #6 but fell in the tiebreaker.
