LU actually had to rally in the shootout after getting down 3-1

Not too aweful surprised that we lost today. During our winning streak we were on the edge in every game and usually outshot but managed to pull out a win even against bad teams. I guess that good luck caught up with us today or was it losing momentum at the end of the year with that tie vs Presby.

It's been a wacky tournament...all of the lower seeds have won so far and all but one match has gone to OT (with 3 of the 5 OT matches going to a shootout)...So that leads to a #7 HPU vs. #8 WU for the NCAA spot tomorrow and the likely date with the Tar Heels in the opening round.

Wow... that's insane. That's gotta be a rare feat in any sport...
