Next up is essentially a road game in the semifinals against 4th-seeded UNCA. They eliminated Winthrop Friday night, 3-1.

We split our matchups during the regular season. We swept them at home and then lost to them 3-2 with us shorthanded at Asheville a couple weeks ago.

Asheville is a team that has started to click at the right time. They are playing very well, but now that we're fully staffed we should beat them at their place this time. GO LADY FLAMES!!!

When we last played UNC-A, se were banged up and we were w/o our Bacon. We had 42 hitting errors and they had only 15, and we still went to 5 and had a chance to win. We won't hit that poorly today. I think we will meet Coastal in the finals tomorrow.

Our girls played in front of a loud Kansas State crowd, and learned how to stay focued. I think that experience will serve them well today.

I see us winning and moving on.

I stayed for part of the UNCA vs Winthrop game last night. UNCA is playing well at home with a very loud home crowd. But, The Flames are playing better and will prove it tonight.

Just got a text from my son who is there. The game before Liberty's went to five, and just ended. We should be playing soon.
