Congrats to Sam on another domintating win! We may have to wait until we find out if Duke is selected as an at-large bid to see if Jordan made it as an individual. (The top 2 teams from each region and top 4 individuals not on a team who makes it get auto bids. They also usually select 2 teams from the SE region to go as at-large teams. So, if Duke makes it, Jordan would be the 4th individual and would be in at Nats.) Unfortunately, Josh Edmonds seems to be on the outside looking in. A little more team depth and LU would have nabbed the 4th spot this year.

Congratulations on the entire team for a great year so far!

Congrats to Sam and all of the guys. But it would be sure be great if we had one last McDougal run at nationals.

Actually, it's tied for the best regional finish by the LU XC Men. We also got 5th place at regionals last year. Hopefully we can break that trend and place better in the future.

With Evans Kigen eligible next year, I think we have a good chance to qualify for nationals as a team.

I wonder if someone who knows how XC scoring works could calculate for us how we would have finished this year if Evans had run and finished second to Sam (highly probable).

if Evans had run fo us and finished second our score would have been 1-2-13-19-59 for 94 points and 3rd place

This just in!

Outstanding! Josh Cox just brought it to my attention as well. You have to think more than a few people will be doing double takes when they see "J. McDougal - Liberty" on the entry list.
