Presbyterian will be in their first provisional year of Div I next year (they'll count as a Div I team, but won't be an official member of the Big South yet).

Edit: I checked, and NC Central is in the same situation (they'll be in their first year of Div I next year).

Exactly. Both are Division I schools.

I think the reason for Presbyterian is that the conference has asked its members to schedule them b/c of their provisional status and the difficulty the Blue Hose have in putting together a schedule in any sport because of that.
