“It’s a huge honor. Only 64 players in the country get in, and it’s great to see Nic get rewarded for all his hard work,” Liberty coach Derek Schwandt said. “He’s a guy that is totally passionate, you can count on him every day to work, and raises the bar for the team. It was huge for the program and the whole school to have someone get into the NCAAs.”
Nicaise Muamba lost 6-1, 6-1 in his 1st round match. That ends his season but he was able to win 26 matches, the third most in program history. Congrats to him!
