Let me first say it's great having you on board now JJ...it's good to get some new blood in here! I have a few answers for a few of your posts that I figured I'd share...and some opinions of my own

_Quickie sets from the back row (Scripko could probably pull a few of these), no one expects a quickie set from the back row and she does rather well with them as noted by the tournament play with California.
This will come with time...although if you compare our back row sets compared to the other BS schools you'll see that nobody even comes close to the attempts we have...now if you compare us to a team like Cal...that's different, but as of right now their focus is on BS and hopefully within the next 3-4 years you'll see that slowly transition (heck you even saw that change this year with the Tourny we played after the BS tourny)

_***Get the ladies into the swimming pool to get those shoulders strong***- Cutura from Cal is a swimmer and it was evident by her ability to pound down those kills she gave us in the tourney game
They actually do this already...your correct with it helping your shoulders although I give the credit to Cutra's ability to being 6'5" and extremely athletic

This is a focus for the off season...keep in mind that those that we think of as needing that great vertical are 18 - 19 year old legs right now....I know Bacon is now focused in getting to the point she saw Pressey (who is sporting a 38 inch vertical). In fact that has been challenged to her all year...well before they even knew they were going to play against her....right now Bacon is at 30-33...she'll be there by the time she's a SR like Pressey...they both have VERY similar bodies
as for Nu'uhiwa...they can keep her...they need a chance next year and the only way I see that is for her being on that side of the net trying to handle the BOMBS Nik, McC, Bacon and our incoming swinger that's a FROSH
Like I said...great having you on board...stick around and stay awhile!
