Flames, Lady Flames Tabbed to Repeat as Big South Cross Country Champions

For the first time since 1992, the Liberty men’s and women’s cross country teams swept the Big South Conference titles in 2006. The Flames and Lady Flames have been picked to repeat the feat this season, as voted by the conference’s head cross country coaches and sports information directors, it was announced today.
